1. In a 4 quart sauce pan brown the meat with the yellow onion, garlic and cumin.
2. Drain.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Stir in the beans, tomatoes, broth, corn and cilantro.
5. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
6. Serve with hot sauce and garnish with broken tortilla chips and shredded Cheddar cheese, if desired.
