1. Place beef and ¼ cup Italian salad dressing in small ceramic bowl. Toss to combine.
2. Place onions, green peppers and tomatoes with remaining dressing.
3. Cover both containers refrigerate 1 hour to overnight.
4. Preheat grill to medium heat.
5. Alternate beef cubes with vegetables on bamboo skewers.
6. Grill kabobs to desired doneness. |
