Beef Shish Kabobs

Cubed beef roast marinated and skewered with onion, green bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes. Grilled until meat reaches desired doneness.
Ingredients -
2 pounds Beef Sirloin Roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 small bottle Italian Salad Dressing
2 Purple Onions, quartered
3 Green Bell Peppers, cut into strips
2-1/2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
 
Preparation:

1. Place beef and ¼ cup Italian salad dressing in small ceramic bowl. Toss to combine.

2. Place onions, green peppers and tomatoes with remaining dressing.

3. Cover both containers refrigerate 1 hour to overnight.

4. Preheat grill to medium heat.

5. Alternate beef cubes with vegetables on bamboo skewers.

6. Grill kabobs to desired doneness.

For best results, marinate beef sirloin roast cubes overnight.

Look for cuts of beef with consistent thin fat running through it, or marbling. This marbling is the key to whether a piece of meat will be tough or not.
