Beef Fajitas

 
Ingredients -
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Pound Beef, thinly sliced
1 Cup Red Onions, thinly sliced
1 Cup Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
1 Cup Green Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
1 Cup Mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 Can Beef Broth, (14.5 ounces)
1 Packet Fajita Seasoning, (1.27 ounces)
 
Preparation:
Mushroom Wine Sauce:

1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the beef and sauté until it is no longer pink which usually takes about 5 minutes.

3. Add the red onion and the red and green peppers and cook until everything is tender which usually takes about 3 minutes.

4. Add the broth and bring to a boil.

5. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes to reduce.

6. Stir in the fajita seasoning and mix well.

7. Bring to a boil.

8. Serve over rice or in a warmed flour tortilla.
